Text Marketing and Notifications: By providing your phone number at checkout and making a purchase, subscribing to our service, or opting-in with a keyword, you agree to receive text notifications (related to your order, including reminders for abandoned carts) and marketing offers via text message. We will not send more than 20 text messages per month. You can opt-out of receiving further text messages by clicking on the unsubscribe link. When sending text messages or using automations, you must input phone numbers or recipient names into our importer. We store and use this data to provide you with campaign analysis and results, such as delivery status, sending status, and in some cases, whether the purchase resulted in a sale. If you choose to use our link shortener in text messages, we collect information about whether the link was clicked or not, and use it to display results in your analytics. If you choose to use another third-party service outside of smsbump.com (third-party link shorteners, GA tracking, etc.), you will be directed to their specific third-party policies which you must agree to. When sending text messages, we pass the data to our SMS provider to ensure delivery. The information is only given to our provider during the initiation of a marketing campaign. If your recipients no longer wish to receive messages, they must reply to the message with “STOP” or contact us at the email address provided below to successfully unsubscribe.
Behavioral Advertising: As described above, we use your personal data to send you targeted advertising or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you.
