At Tada-Mia, we do not guarantee specific shipping times as we rely on shipping carriers to deliver packages to our customers. Shipping times may vary depending on delays in logistics and customs clearances, especially since our products are personalized.
Currently, we only offer free standard shipping, and the timeframe for shipping varies by location. Please allow one week for the production of your product and 14-19 business days for shipping. Our processing, design, and production are highly labor-intensive, and shipping times vary for international orders.
Please note that if you are ordering from a country other than the United States, Germany, Austria, Belgium, or Holland, we cannot calculate shipping times as we must use your country’s shipping network. We have no control over shipping times.
Please be aware that personalized product orders placed after November 10th cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. During holiday and peak periods, personalized orders can take up to 6-9 weeks. But trust us, they’re worth the wait!
We cannot control the amount of time it takes for your local post office to deliver your package to its final destination. We have various warehouses and production facilities overseas, and we will ship from the one that is best suited for your location.
All shipping carriers work on business days, which are defined as Monday through Friday. Therefore, tracking updates are usually not available on weekends.
We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to an incorrect address due to a typo or incorrect information provided at checkout. We can change the delivery address of your order as long as you have not yet uploaded a photo. All orders are processed once you have uploaded a photo.
If the shipping carrier delivers your package to the wrong address or cannot locate the delivery address, please contact the shipping carrier directly to update your address.
For lost packages and packages that have not been updated for more than 60 days, we can offer you the same product as compensation once we have confirmed with the shipping carrier that the package has been lost.
Shipping is free the first time, but if your package is returned to us due to customs, an incorrect address, or carrier inability to deliver, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Tada-Mia is not responsible for customs duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order. All fees that are charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.). Please monitor your package’s status, as postal carriers do not typically notify us of any additional payments such as duties or taxes due from the recipient.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, or refusal to accept delivery, we will refund the cost of the product and keep the shipping fee, unless the product was personalized. Personalized products are non-refundable.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a photo immediately and email the image to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only process cases where we receive a photo of the damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
